Public Youth Campus

Geeta Malla is the Associate Professor, Campus Chief at Public Youth Campus. In this capacity she is responsible for directing all administrative, financial and academic activities in the campus.  She reports all activities to Tribhuwan University's central office. She works closely with the teachers, staffs and

students to ensure the quality education system in the campus. She also creates the environment to recruits and provides initial training for all professional in the campus to maintain the standard. Campus has introduced the new academic programme Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) in her initiation during her tenure. She also has initiated to introduce Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Information Management (BIM) and Masters of Travel and Tourism Management (MTTM) for forth coming academic years. All of the programme are under the process of approval from Faculty of Management, TU.

She has started her career as a Lecturer of Management and Accountancy in Prithivi Narayan Campus, Pokhara from 2035 Ashard to 2042 Bhadra and at Mahendra Multiple Campus Nepalgung from 2042 Bhadra to 2043 Chaitra. While  she was there she was responsible for teaching activities. Since 2043 Chaitra, she has been at Public Youth Campus. She has experienced in the Wholesale Business, Food and Consumer, Products and Trade. She has specialized in Financial Management, General Management, Development for teacher & Trainers and Planning and management on rural development. She also has experienced as Assistant campus chief for nine years.

She accomplished Degree in Business Administration and Commerce from Tribhuwan University in 1976 with major in Finance.  She is a Certified Auditor by HMG, Nepal. She is also a member of the Teachers Association, and Amnesty International, Group 61, Nepal. She has visited India, U.S.A, Germany and more than 45 district of Nepal and her interest is to experience different professional fronts.
